Not eligible for refunds:

  • Minor dents on blister packaging

  • Change of mind

  • “Not liking the model”

  • Normal manufacturing variations

2. Required Proof

To request a refund, you must provide:

  • A continuous unboxing video with no cuts

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Order ID and your name

Claims without this proof are not accepted.

3. Reporting Window

You must report issues within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims made after this period are not eligible.

4. Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • In special cases, store credit may be provided.

Delivery time depends on location:

  • Other areas: 5–10 days

Delays caused by courier companies are beyond our control.
